Samet Consulting's mission is to provide small and medium sized companies contract or part-time management expertise acquired as CFO, Controller, Tax Advisor, Human Resources and General Administrator in business.

We offer specific expertise including (but not limited to) the following areas as an independent contractor:

Due Diligence review for new Clients

It has been our experience that the best way to introduce our services to new clients is to offer to perform due diligence on their business organization. This program will include the following services:

  1. Review last 12 months financial performance to determine areas for profit improvement.
  2. Review internal accounting records to determine all income/expenses are recognized during the preparation of tax returns.
  3. Review staffing qualifications, compensation, and an annual review systems to insure that client has the right person(s) in the right job(s) at the right price(s) and is getting the work done effectively that is important to the health of the business.
  4. Evaluate marketing programs to determine their effectiveness.
  5. Review outside privately owned business investments to determine their viability.
